In Mumbai, we have seen many poor people who come for cancer treatment from different places in the country. we take an example of TATA hospital in Parel, Mumbai, many patients are living on streets due to unavailability of beds in the hospital. There is a lack of hygiene for patients living on the street. Hence there are chances to get different types of infections to patients.
In slum areas we have seen there are 4-5 kids in a family, hence their parents could not provide them a good education.
So we will reach out to them and provide them education (extra coaching classes) as well as school stationaries (Notebooks, books, pen, pencils, school bags, etc)
By getting this education girl will be alert and they keep themselves safe from dangerous situations.
